I am an experienced Heavy Lift / Crane Supervisor and Appointed Person with over 26years’ experience in the rigging and lifting industry both on and offshore.(offshore for the last 16years)I have gained extensive experience and skills in Heavy offshore lifting with Monopiles, jackets Construction, Cranes, Lifting Management Renewable Energy Industries and Nuclear.I am responsible for the daily compilation of progress reports, toolbox talks and for the recording of weather and all other downtimes. For the certification of all personnel as per company policy, and for ensuring attendance and timekeeping records are monitored to enable efficiency improvements. I am also responsible for the inspection of lifting appliances and accessories together with all rigging loft management checks. I ensure relevant HSE issues are recorded in co-operation with the HSE department.
