I was hooked after my first class, saw results, and wanted to use my passion for dance to help others achieve the same goals! I have been teaching for almost 5 years now and I am blessed that I get to have a part in changing lives. Simply put, I am honored. Zumba® takes the \"work\" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you\'ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
