Designed and implemented a Sales Operations department and functions for a portfolio of branded specialty products. Functions include but are not limited to CRM, DW, analytics platform, vendor selection and management, forecasting, pricing, targeting, compliance management, field-sales compensation, budget management and support of BD projects and products. In less than a year, a fully functional platform was designed and implemented and BPM ongoing.
