ABOUT TERRY HAMLIN

I spent over twenty combined years as a licensed contractor and a S.C. licensed Home Inspector. I have an extensive knowledge of construction and types of building materials best suited to the area, as well as being a strong cliented dedicated real estate agent, workingwithbuyers, sellers and land. I have been featured in the Cambridge Who\'s Who in American Professionals from 2009 to 2023. I am also featured in the 2022 Marquis Who\'s Who in America. My dedication and ethics are the key elements of my work with clients.I was chosen Charleston Community Catalyst of 2013, and received the prestigious Dave O\'shaunnessy Award in 2014 for representing values and ethics both personally and in my industry. Personally, I formed the Charleston Running Club in 1977 and Co-Founded the prestigious Cooper River Bridge Run in 1978. Today, I am in the Hall of Fame and there is also an award named for me. The Terry Hamlin Mobility Impaired Award is awarded to the first mobility Impaired male and female to finish the race. It was created after I lost a leg in a freak accident. I also use much of my real estate income to help injured Veterans and I offer to pay the entry fee to any Mobility Impaired participants in the Bridge Run. Give back. The only way to live. I also coach runners, in addition to all my real estate duties and have a book on Distance Runner Training out, currently. BUILDING A BETTER RUNNER-science based training for peak performance is a terrific treatise for the novice, as well as the experienced runner. I virtually and in person coach athletes across America, as well as Kenya, Africa. I was recently selected to Who\'s Who in America for the 2022 edition.
