As a Pediatric psychologist (Retired), I have been interested in the impact of diet and nutrition on children\'s behavior, learning, and attention. I have spent more than 30 years studying this area and found that whole foods are the missing link in the diet of many American children. Working and learning from leaders in their fields has been my great pleasure. I have traveled across the country to lecture on this topic and often led focus groups with parents.As I am now in my Prime time years, I am more focused on anti-aging both internally and externally so that I can continue to provide others cutting-edge strategies on how eating a healthy diet, mostly fruits and vegetables, and a daily exercise routine can prevent sicknesses and diseases, and increase your productivity and quality of life!I am a Senior Sales Coordinator with a global health food company of functional nutrition with the most researched plant powders in the world. My goal is to create simple solutions for healthier living.
