CIMS is a collection of applications which allows McKesson to receive, translate and deliver documents to trading partners and internal systems. The multi-application enterprise platform is designed using a Service Oriented Architecture approach where each application run as a standalone application connected via the CIMS Messaging layer. CIMS handles transactions for McKesson Pharma, McKesson Medical Surgical (MMS), McKesson Specialty, and McKesson Canada business units, supporting all major business processes within McKesson, including purchasing, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and financial.Responsibilities: • Provide tier 1 support for all environments supported by the Application Maintenance Support (AMS) team.• Support all backend e-commerce development related inbound and outbound document transactions. • Support all cloud development efforts related to on-perm and cloud migration.• Support all cloud development efforts related to building, scaling, and supporting cloud infrastructure.• Support all application development efforts to help maintain current on-perm applications. • Support all server upgrades, decommissions, and security patches for on-perm infrastructure. • Provide weekly reports to Support and Implementation managers on work-in progress.• Support capacity for WIP management and prioritization. • Support third party application integration like Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) and Transformation Extender Advanced (ITXA)• Support Veteran Affairs (VA) integration, ordering and fulfillment processes.
