McKesson delivers a comprehensive offering of healthcare products, equipment, and related services to the full continuum of care. As the VP of Customer Service, I am responsible for Customer Service throughout our Primary and Extended Care markets nationally. My Customer Service Centers support all market segments including physician offices, surgery centers, hospitals, long-term care, home care and online businesses. The accomplishment I am most proud of is being asked to lead the Customer Service & customer facing portion of largest and most critical public health initiatives in U.S. history, the 20••••22 distribution of COVID-19 vaccines and ancillary supply kits. As a core team member, I was dedicated to every facet of the program from start up, building SOP\'s, working closely with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the design and implementation of the decommissioning efforts.
