Previously an editorial leader at BBC CWR, the BBC’s radio and news base in Coventry. I specialise in digital and radio production with wide experience working with talented presenters producing a number of radio formats including news sequences, breakfast programming, phone-in/talkback and live sport.As a journalist, I have worked as a programme presenter, newsreader and live reporter. In particular I regularly present radio sport programmes, commentating on football matches and anchoring coverage on-location.I have strong leadership and motivational skills, and have been chosen to launch several high-profile programmes. I have led an award-winning investigative series, and driven a digital-first change through newsrooms.I am a careers mentor, guest lecturer and have recently completed a MSc in Business and Strategic Leadership at Cranfield University.
