Teaching the fundamentals of warehousing logistics, business to business and customer experience for students aged 18 – 65 leading to national vocational qualifications.• Taking direct responsibility and account management for several companies in pilot schemes in the commercial operational requirements.• Carrying individual reviews on student apprentices on site at employer-based job locations.• Producing detailed and relevant Visit Reports based on the findings of the review and/or development visits undertaken.• Creating and recording any action plans that may be specifically appropriate following visits ensuring that all action plans are reviewed and completed within a prescribed time frame.• Conducting initial induction visits for all on the job apprentices, using the relevant framework matrix to evidence the meeting and to set agreed action plans as appropriate.• Providing onsite training and development on commercial sales processes, systems and other key regulatory areas required by the curriculum of the college and government.
