Provide management oversight for all phases of Heavy/Civil construction projects, including large project pursuit, estimating, overall project safety and quality, project management staff oversight, contract management, material procurement, equipment utilization, ensuring that plans and specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget-Bid estimate review for plan and specification risk/opportunities, productions, and cost savings opportunities-Project cost analysis, profit loss reporting-Develop cost-effective plans and schedule for completion of project following an efficient and logical pattern for utilization of resources-Select and coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases of the project-Oversee performance of management, tradespeople, subcontractors -Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts -Supervises project management staff for multiple projects in excess of $750MM-Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project on time and within budget-Report to owners about progress and any necessary modifications of plans or scope-Coordinate staff, equipment and assets for multiple projects within the Midwest Heavy Civil Group-Track and pursue future projects around the Midwestern US-Experience with alternative project delivery along with traditional hard bid contracting
