Since starting with Heatwave Plumbing ltd I have been promoted from an on site Foreman to Trainee Quantity Surveyor. My responsibilities include, Organising labour movements to meet demands across multiple sites. Relationship management between manufacturers, supply reps, site agents, current and prospective builders. Ordering materials to site, on time so work can be completed to match the clients work schedule. Monitoring the quality of work and arranging rectification as required. Negotiating between clients and suppliers to get the best prices on labour and materials. Invoicing, arranging customer care appointments and follow ups.
