About Terry Cook

I lead the asset management department for Timberland Partners. I am also a partner in a number of the Timberland Partners partnerships and a Chief Manager Member in our Timberland Partners Apartment Funds I, II, & IV, V, VI, VII, and IX. I joined the firm in 1994 and since then have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in operating both residential and commercial real estate. I have been responsible for the repositioning, construction, and renovation activities of numerous properties, including office, industrial and multi-family assets.Trained at Brown College in communications, I also attended the University of Northern Iowa and hold the RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from the University of St. Thomas.
