As a Market Planning Manager at St. Elizabeth Physicians, I support Provider Workforce Planning by analyzing market demand for medical specialties and helping guide strategic decisions that shape care delivery across Greater Cincinnati. My work bridges data analytics, process improvement, and facility planning to ensure our providers and patients are supported by smart, sustainable infrastructure.I lead efforts in the ambulatory space request process, coordinate Facility Project Report outs, and have developed a methodology using Epic data to analyze exam room utilization—enabling data-informed decisions around moves, consolidations, and space optimization.In Spring 2025, I had the privilege of instructing St. Elizabeth’s Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Cohort, a rigorous program with 12 participants selected through an application process. The cohort completed prerequisite Quality Improvement trainings, attended seven in-person sessions, passed a formal exam, and delivered impactful project work—furthering our culture of continuous improvement.What drives me is a deep commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes for the communities we serve. I believe that thoughtful planning, grounded in data and collaboration, can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Whether I’m supporting a new facility project or helping align provider resources with community needs, I’m proud to contribute to a mission that puts people first.
