Terri Sterling, MA is the Founder of DBT Coaching Remedies and Artist Remedies which serves the needs of Executive Directors of social service agencies and Executive Directors in the creative sectors that are looking for guidance in leadership, building relationships, management, creating an exceptional team, becoming more innovative, time management challenges, career concerns, and brainstorming sessions to resolve challenges at work and at home. Terri provides coaching for people who experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, childhood abuse, and employment and career challenges. Terri provides writers and artist with technical advice on art techniques, marketing, career challenges, grant writing, increase self-esteem, and reducing difficulties to success. Terri provides presentations on disability challenges, sexual assault, mental health, communication styles, creative personalities, trauma and creativity, and team building. Terri Sterling, MA uses creative techniques including exploring thoughts that create current situations or cause people to become stuck in their career or life, education, psychodrama, sand tray sessions, art, and therapeutic printmaking. Terri is interested in working with healthcare programs, business teams, social service agencies, and the art community in collaborative projects that are creative, serve the community, and help build relationships within organizations. Terri Sterling has a MA in psychology, a BA in clinical research, and a BA in fine arts with over 20 years of experience providing mental health therapy and coaching to people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, Dyslexia, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia. She has experience working in hospitals, private practice, community mental health programs, foster care, and domestic violence places.
