I began my real estate career in 1997 and have maintained my registration with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) since After several successful years in residential sales, I shifted my focus to property management—an area where I discovered a passion for operations, service excellence, and leadership. Prior to joining Harvard Developments in 2012, I held progressive administrative and management roles that shaped my approach to team development and client service.As Associate Vice President of Property Management at Harvard, I oversee the delivery of our property management mandate across Western Canada. This includes a diverse portfolio of office and retail assets in both major and mid sized urban centres. I am committed to enhancing asset performance, elevating the tenant and client experience, and driving long term value creation through strong leadership and innovative operational practices.I lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for day to day operations, service delivery, and strategic planning across Harvard’s portfolio. I am known for balancing operational efficiency with a people focused management style—ensuring well maintained properties, responsive service, and sustainable, future ready practices.Community involvement is an important part of my leadership journey. I previously coached elite level athletes and had the opportunity to Co Chair the inaugural 2024 Montana’s Brier in Regina, along with an internationally attended Grand Slam of Curling event. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Highland Curling Club and as Vice Chair of the Regina Downtown Business Improvement District (RDBID).I hold a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI and am an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC). I also serve as the Broker for Harvard Developments.
