ABOUT TERRI DONOHUE

As someone who is ADHD and dyslexic, Terri (she/her/hers) brings the expertise of lived experience to her coaching practice. She is a Jamaican American woman living and loving Canada and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Life and Leadership coach with thousands of hours of coaching experience and credentials in DEIAA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Anti-Racism, and Accessibility) and Neuro-Inclusive Equitable Systems Design from the University of British Columbia.As a mentor coach supervisor, she supports coaches in designing inclusive coaching practices that honour neurodiversity. Before coaching, she spent 23 years as an Emmy-nominated makeup artist in the entertainment industry, where she developed her strengths in creative innovation, design, systems thinking, and collaborative partnership.Terri specializes in neurodiversity mental health coaching, supporting adults with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, executive functioning challenges, stress, anxiety, and learning differences. She also partners with neurodivergent executives navigating organizational change, growth, workplace performance and career advancement, as well as senior leaders cultivating inclusive teams where diverse minds drive innovation and results. Her approach is trauma-informed and holistic. She focuses on mental well-being, emotional regulation, navigating life and career transitions, tool strategies, and self-acceptance through mind, body, and purpose-driven approaches.Terri\'s neuroscience-based philosophy is simple: No two brains are alike. With this belief, she empowers leaders to embrace their authenticity and confidence.
