With a dyanamic career spanning four decades, I\'ve had the priviledge of growing and evolving alongside one of the regions most respected real estate firms. Since joing Rose & Krueth in 1985, I\'ve navigated two major mergers and contributed at every level- from Top Producer sales agent to executive leadership-bringing a deep wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence.Over the years, I\'ve led multiple divisions including resale, marketing, relocation, recruiting, mortgage, title, insurance and facilities management. I\'ve overseen the growth of a resale division comprising over 500 agents and managing brokers, and played an integral role in expanding our footprint and operations across Virginia and North Carolina, where I hold active Broker Licenses.My strategic insight and collaborative leadership continues to shape the origanization through my roles on several operating committees, including BHHS RW Towne Realty, RW Towne Mortgage and RW Towne Title. I am also proud to serve as an executive for the RW Towne Foundation, supporting our mission to give back to the communities we serve.My career is built on a foundation of loyalty, committment, versatility and a passion for real estate.
