A CIPD qualified HR professional who made a move into Marketing over a decade ago as a Marketing generalist who has a real passion for managing global events. More recently my experience organically led me to combine my HR, Marketing and Project Management experience into an Operational role which encompasses planning and implementing processes, managing resources, leading teams, and improving operational efficiencies.I also volunteer for Cyber East, an industry body that works alongside the UK Government to develop the cyber security industry in the UK. In my volunteer capacity I act as Cluster Manager for all marketing, cyber security projects, comms and events across the East region.
