ABOUT TERRI MAHAKIAN
I first came to be a part of the insurance industry by working for John Hancock selling Life Insurance door to door. It was a great learning experience but it did not take me long to find I was better suited for the commercial side of insurance. During my years of learning commercial insurance I found my passion was in servicing and building strategic partnerships with our clients. Working with a team of business leaders to understand how we can help them recognize their goals now and in the future puts us in the seat of a Trusted Advisor. My specialties are customer service and building lasting relationships. Another passion is mentoring individuals to understand the needs of our clients and most importantly to exceed them. One area that I enjoy is finding the best ways to stream line our processes to better meet the client needs both internally and externally. All this while enjoying my wonderful life with my husband Mike and my family that includes a son, daughter, 4 grandkids and our two dogs.
