About Terri Kipple Shaffer
My career experience and skills have grown from 20 plus years in the insurance, risk and employee benefits industry. I love interacting with clients, building relationships, maximizing health and minimizing risk in an employee population.I began my career at a large employee benefits and risk consulting company. I started working in the treasury department, and was promoted into different roles ranging from data analysis, underwriting and technical consulting. After working at that firm, I moved to a large health insurer. I have done two roles, one as a client executive for clients from to employees. Currently, I am expanding on my past and recent experience working in both the risk and benefits consulting space.I have had a lot of success in my career history. I have consistently met my goals, have had high customer satisfaction and have high net promoter scores. In my free time, I am the Chairman of the Board for a charity called Gifts for Colorado Kids. I also am a Girl Scout leader, play in a handbell choir, and I am a beekeeper.
