ABOUT TERRI HOHIMER

I am a CPA with expertise in corporate and partnership tax, including tax audits, tax accounting, improvement projects and research. I have been particularly effective in managing projects and people, organizing, analyzing and communicating information, and developing processes to solve complex problems and achieve results. My strengths include organizational skills, strong analytical and accounting skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. My goal is to be a valued team member for an organization. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS • Developed tax team and processes for new entity group and brought all filings and tax work in-house for corporate group and partnerships. Manage all tax functions including corporate and partnership filings, sales/use/excise, property, M&A, research, audits, ASC 740. • Managed seven successful IRS audit cycles at Temple-Inland Inc, periods 1984 through 2008. • Managed successful state tax audits, employment tax audits and employee benefit plan audits. • Developed processes and documentation procedures for $228 million alternative fuel mixture tax credit and $83 million cellulosic biofuel producer credits (20••••10). • Responsible for basis allocation for 2007 $2.38 billion timberlands installment sale. • Managed and assisted outside firm with basis study for 2007 spin-offs. • Team member in litigation resulting in 2006 settlement to Company of $95 million.
