Provide Corporate, Regional and Club Management with guidance and support in all HR areas Share information to employees regarding company policy, benefits, payroll and other HR issues Counsel management on employee relations issues to ensure legal/policy compliance Facilitate performance management process including annual performance evaluations for eligible associates Ensure new associates are on boarded in a timely and efficient manner while complying with I-9, E-Verify and state new hire requirements. Establish, review and monitor compensation plans and wage ranges Update of Associate Handbook and Performance Evaluation System Perform recruitment and staffing activities according to corporate strategy including job postings and external advertising Monitor insurance/benefit eligibility through tri-annual hours audits Ensure proper handling of internal investigations, attorney demand letters and EEO claims
