   As Senior Vice President of Matanky Realty Group, Terri Cox is responsible for acquiring, selling and leasing commercial and industrial properties throughout Chicago and its suburbs. In addition, she is actively engaged in recruiting, training and directing sales associates for the brokerage division.Ms. Cox is a licensed real estate agent with over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, and she has worked exclusively as a commercial real estate broker for 25 years, representing the interests of developers, landlords and tenants of commercial space in the Chicago metropolitan area. Her experience also includes development and redevelopment of shopping centers. She also handled the leasing for the Whole Foods Project at 63rd & Halsted, Chicago, IL. Ms. Cox’s team won the Developer of the Year Award in for its work on the Chicago and Kedzie Plaza, and her team also won the Developer of the Year Award in 2006 for its work in Garfield Park. Most recently, Ms. Cox has been awarded CoStar’s Power Broker of the Year for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017.Ms. Cox attended Indiana University Northwest, where she studied Accounting. She is a member of the Northern Illinois Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers and CASCO (Chicago Association of Shopping Center Owners). She is also the Commissioner and Treasurer for the SSA #13 in the Back of the Yards Community.
