I am a hard worker who prides herself on providing excellent team and customer support and doing my job to the best of my ability. I have been a Clinical Operations Manager for 3 years now and it is my passion to ensure that my team is supported in all ways and that they have a good work/life balance. I have regular meetings with my team (scheduled and ad hoc) to review their study load, discuss any issues or concerns that they may have, review any processes that they may need additional training on, find them support as needed and also to ensure that they are as fully billable as possible. If there are any issues, I discuss them openly and we work together to find a solution to allow them to successfully move forward. I have worked in the past as a central monitoring lead and central monitor and have worked with sponsors, presented at meetings, and led teams in the completion of a project. I am always eager to learn things and give 100% to my job.
