About Terri Budek
As a leadership consultant, I provide services to meet your needs and enhance the skill-set of your team members. Founded in leadership development theory with a comprehensive assessment framework, I work with (or co-create) learning outcomes and goals to custom create the ideal course, training, program and/or curriculum. I dedicate my time, energy and focus to developing people into leaders, ready to take on important careers and life goals. I am passionate about teaching individuals the skills needed to embrace and appreciate differences, celebrate commonalities and engage in meaningful dialogue to create positive change. My specialties include creating leadership and/or diversity curriculum, facilitating diversity training programs, leadership development trainings and presentations and discussions.
