This involves researching industry trends, identifying key topics, sourcing and briefing expert speakers, and developing sessions that focus on innovation, sustainability, and maximising whole-fish utilisation and value creation. Across both roles, I work closely with industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers to ensure the content is relevant, practical, and forward-looking, while delivering events that foster meaningful discussion, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.
