   Responsible for the development of participants attending the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy (MSSA) program. Developed training schedules from information collected from three different organizations. Mentored participants on resume writing, job search techniques, interview preparation and transition from military service to the corporate environment.• Directed recruiting efforts with Saint Martin’s University through briefings and marketing with over 50 companies to increase the number of applicants applying, resulting in expansion from one to three locations.• Worked with Saint Martins University to develop system processes that allowed effective tracking of participants and budgeting which increased the total income for each class to over dollars.• Developed trackers using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Slate to personally assist and help find rewarding careers that resulted in a 97% employment rate out of 348 participants. • Organized the logistics and planning schedules for over 60 organizations to create an effective business relationship that allowed companies to brief and hire qualified service members from the program.• Coordinated with over 50 companies through briefings and presentations facilitating hiring events that added to the program’s success while supporting the opportunities for all individuals to land fulfilling careers.• Created an application system using Salesforce for all applicants to apply for the program and receive timely information on the next steps for enrollment, which increased the productivity of applicants by 70%.
