    My role with Stanford Health Care is to provide strategic guidance to HR Business Partners and Executive Leadership members in the interpretation and administration of complex compensation policies. By providing advice, I support the effective and efficient implementation of our total rewards program for a large healthcare system. Conduct extensive analysis of program features relating to cost, competitiveness, and compliance. Plan, develop, and implement changes to compensation programs in alignment with decisions. Audit individual jobs to determine essential duties and minimum requirements. Evaluate the organizational structure for positional alignment to improve productivity. Calculate employee utilization and perform benchmarking to place staff in appropriate pay ranges. Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders on staff level changes and incentives.
