As a Sports Marketing Intern with ESPN West Palm and Good Karma Brands, I have the opportunity to work hands-on in a dynamic and fast-paced sports media environment. In this role, I actively support both the marketing and broadcasting teams, gaining comprehensive exposure to the inner workings of the sports media industry.I assist in the planning, setup, and execution of major local events, including ESPN West Palm’s High School Game Day/Game of the Week, where I help ensure seamless event operations and a memorable fan experience. I also contribute to the creation and production of engaging content for radio shows and social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram, playing a role in enhancing content quality and helping expand audience reach across multiple channels.Beyond content and events, I’ve gained valuable experience in building and maintaining partner relationships, supporting the sales process, and collaborating with key stakeholders. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work across teams while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.Through this internship, I am building expertise across sports broadcasting, marketing, and sales, giving me a well-rounded foundation in the fundamental operations of sports media. This role has allowed me to combine my passion for sports with hands-on professional growth, preparing me to contribute to the industry with creativity, strategy, and dedication.
