Manages all Louisville Division residential land development projects for Fischer Homes/Grand Communities LLC. Provide direct support to the internal land acquisition/engineering team including due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering and risk mitigation. Coordinate, select, and direct consultant teams. Manage development plan review and approvals, pemitting, scheduling, bidding, contract negotiation, construction, change orders, pay apps, as built walk throughs, record platting, turnover to Home Building Division, and bond release. Execute all utility provider and government agreements. Advanced planning, scheduling and engineering plans for future developments to provide a 2 year supply of lots to the home building division and support strategic corporate goals. Management and compliance of EPSC, programs.
