ABOUT TERRENCE MOSLEY
Utilizing 20+ years of experience in working with STEM-related governmental, NGO, and non-profit programs, along with many Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU\'s) and other Minority Serving Institutions (MSI\'s) in the efforts to increase the numbers of underrepresented minorities that graduate in STEM fields. My current efforts are in finding more ways of lowering barriers for entry into R&D work for HBCU\'s, MSI\'s, and other minority business entities, through policy and/or program initiatives that will result in higher participation levels within Department of Energy R&D funding assistance and procurement programs. I also hope to effect policy promoting educational equity and increasing diversity and inclusion practices that can increase exposure for underrepresented minorities in STEM majors to the fast-growing energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability fields for future career consideration. Specialties: Diversity practices in the STEM arena. Quality Engineering management, Real Estate Development & Management, Home Renovation, Technical Networking and Recruiting
