Over a 30-year career at UPS, I advanced from the loading dock to Business Manager, ultimately holding full operational and financial responsibility for large-scale logistics operations across Louisiana, Tennessee, and Alabama.As Business Manager, I led high-volume transportation networks, directed salaried and hourly leaders, managed workforce planning and performance, and ensured strict compliance with OSHA and DOT standards. I oversaw onboarding and offboarding through Workday, supported automation expansion, and drove execution during peak demand cycles where precision and accountability were critical.Earlier in my career as an On-Road Supervisor, I worked directly with customers and service providers daily, reinforcing service excellence and frontline leadership. Those years shaped my belief that effective leadership starts with visibility and trust.I was formally recognized by executive leadership, including acknowledgment from the CEO, for sustained performance and commitment.Throughout industry shifts automation growth, economic volatility, workforce challenges, and record-breaking volume — I remained committed to integrity, safety, service, and developing others. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping teams deliver what matters most, not just packages and performance, but reliability, trust, and the kind of service communities can count on when life is moving fast.My leadership philosophy is simple: extraordinary results come from extraordinary people, and people thrive when they’re developed with clarity, consistency, and respect. I’ve led through change, complexity, peak-season pressure, and evolving customer expectations, while staying grounded in the fundamentals: operational excellence, safety, accountability, and doing right by customers and employees alike.I’m also a logistics technology-minded leader, focused on how data, process design, and modern tools can strengthen execution, improve visibility, and support frontline teams. I value partnerships and cross-functional collaboration because the best solutions are rarely built in isolation.
