ABOUT TERRENCE HEWITT

I started full time work for Checkers in July 2005 and have worked in every level of the organization from the ground floor to my current role. As President of Checkers Cleaning Supply, my role is to ensure the company meets its revenue goals and guarantee that the projected amount of net profit is generated for the shareholders.I am a strong initiator of creative new ideas and I am an avid agent of change within the organization.I am able to evaluate a project from a big-picture perspective as well as a perspective that considers the details and minutia that contribute to each step as I strive to develop new systems and procedures to increase efficiency and quality control within the organization.My day-to-day operational decisions are likely to be made very quickly and easily. However, I spend substantially more time and caution, when making decisions that are larger and more important. I enjoy developing creative responses, new ideas or solutions to existing problems.I bring a future-oriented awareness to problems and solutions and motivate others with a sense of teamwork, competition and urgency. I do not believe in the \"Ivory Tower\" mentality management style. I connect with each member of my team every day.I seek out leadership roles that reward new, creative ideas and solutions.
