I currently represent businesses across industries in both civil and criminal government investigations which include conducting internal corporate probes. I also regularly advise Fortune 500 or large privately held companies, including such companies as Facebook and United/Continental Airlines, on such matters as commercial litigation, product liability or personal injury litigation. I also represented United Technologies, which named our firm as a \"Go To\" law firm in contracts litigation as published in Corporate Counsel magazine.As a former Presidentially appointed United States Attorney for the Western District of New York, I advise clients on complex legal crises involving civil, regulatory, criminal and/or related public relation matters. Specifically, I have been engaged by leading companies in the financial, intellectual property, health care, retail, and energy sectors to conduct sensitive regulatory and criminal investigations on international, national and state levels.
