I’m a seasoned professional with over two decades of leadership experience across retail, nonprofit, government, and healthcare.My management career began in retail in where I learned the value of teamwork, customer care, and operational excellence. Over the years, I advanced into senior management within the nonprofit sector, focusing on community outreach, program coordination, and staff development.When the pandemic reshaped the workforce, I transitioned into government service and leadership, strengthening my skills in compliance, structure, and public accountability.In 2023, life took a personal turn when my twin brother fell ill. I became his full-time caregiver, managing his daily care and medical coordination until his passing in 2025. That experience deepened my compassion and inspired me to pursue healthcare and home health management, where I now apply my leadership, organizational, and caregiving skills to help individuals and families receive quality, dignified support.Each chapter of my journey has been rooted in service, integrity, and empathy — values that continue to guide my work and purpose.
