Today, we’re on track to exceed quota, grow our reputation, and operate like a true performance culture, not just a retail location.As a RAM, I’m responsible for leading sales strategy, developing talent, managing operations, and creating a culture people want to be part of. I also launched our internal store brand, the Staunton Sharks!
