As of February 22, 2022, DJO Global Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Colfax Corporation. • Spearheads manpower needs and logistical data analysis (EMR/PMS), financial strategic planning, account establishment, client relations (CRM), education, insurance verification, and inventory control. • Supports and expands customer base thru the Motion MD platform (SaaS) via Agile program management, coordinates product and services deliverables, and trains, mentors and evaluates field representatives. • Helped to facilitate the organizational transition to a solutions based model. • Optimizes appropriate implementation strategies, methods, and plans through project management and customer feedback and analysis (SWOT, BCG Framework, Change Management, and Revenue Cycle evaluation). • Pilots cost-effective conservative care approaches to treat multiple orthopedic conditions through collaborative efforts with healthcare providers. • Working knowledge of EMR systems, Salary and Benefits Administration, Medicare, OSHA, and Unemployment Compensation. • Serve as a project manager and solution consultant for healthcare entities (hospital, clinic, and 3rd party service providers), with emphasis on workflow optimization, change management, healthcare technology integration and implementation. • Serve a liaison between the internal software development teams and our external customers on software developments and enhancements.
