Develop test plans and verify tools are stable for several development teams. Create and maintain Confluence pages for company use. Provide technical support across two studios on multiple projects.• Manage thousands of bugs using DevTrack and JIRA databases for all projects in development.• Develop documentation in OneNote and Confluence for installation instructions, troubleshooting technical issues, tools release notes, and detailed guides teaching how tools work.• Responsible for completing and distributing tools release notes that include new features, install guides, firmware updates, and other crucial information for multiple projects.• Perform functionality, content, performance, usability, connectivity, and compatibility tests on tools for multiple projects to ensure they are stable for distribution to the studio.• Provide technical support for all projects in development at two studios for PC, PlayStation 4, Oculus Rift, and Magic Leap.• Identify problems in the tools development process and enact solutions to prevent them from affecting production.• Find and communicate critical issues in the tools and game solutions to engineering teams to resolve them prior to release.• Diagnose and solve hardware/software issues in a timely manner to minimize time and money lost due to downtime.• Determine and discuss priority of issues with Core team members to ensure production deadlines are met and necessary fixes reach production well ahead of milestones.
