About Terra Argraves

I am responsible for the direction of the Global Talent Acquisition Team across Octave and am passionate about all things recruitment. I’ve been in Talent Acquisition over 20 years and hold a Masters in HR Management. Some of the highlights of my career include leading the global efforts of implementing iCIMS, Employee Central and the Recruiting module of SAP SuccessFactors, as well as the Working Together From Anywhere Global Taskforce. The most recent project was leading the Global HR Workstream of the EAM Acquisition, Hexagon’s largest acquisition to date. Hexagon has provided opportunities for me to learn and grow, to innovate and to make a genuine impact. I love that the work I\'m doing is shaping how we attract talent across the globe today and in the future. When I’m not busy recruiting top-talent, I enjoy working out, traveling, spending time with my husband at the beach and playing super hero’s with my little nephews.
