I’m a creative, passionate, and collaborative leader who thrives in community building and creating meaningful social change. As Community Manager + Head of Marketing/Partnerships at Backline, I led storytelling, partnerships, and engagement strategies that centered care and connection, helping music industry professionals access the mental health support they deserve. My work focused on translating impact into meaningful narratives, cultivating values-aligned partnerships, and strengthening community trust across the industry.Before Backline, I spent 7+ years as a Senior National Music & Events Publicist at Terrorbird Media, working with artists, festivals, and brands to amplify authentic stories and creative visions. Beyond my work behind the scenes, I’m also a touring and performing artist with 20 years of experience, and a former tour manager and day-to-day operations lead, giving me a firsthand understanding of fast-paced industries. I’m driven by intentional marketing, authentic relationship-building, and a deep belief in the power of community care to create lasting change.
