Within MAPS, ensure that all critical business processes, staffing need, collateral, etc, are defined, documented, and maintained, and communicate to CSRM Leadership Team- Working with MA and PS Teams, identify Key Performance Indicators and Key Goal Indicators, and, working with program management, ensure that performance data is collected and published in CSRM scorecards- Engage with Program Management function to identify program management needs within MAPS, and ensure that resources are secured and enabled to engage when required- For the MA team, liaise with Deals to target post-Close to onboard each into MA operating councils and facilitate information sharing- For PS team, liaise with divisional CIOs to track uptake and use of Product Security function, and report back needs, wants, issues and concerns to PS lead- On behalf of the MAPS Lead, organize strategy meetings, business reviews and other key operating functions - On behalf go the MAPS Lead, attend meetings in their stead when they are unavailable
