   Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Budget Control Report. Provide Project Managers with weekly/monthly data such as unit and job costs, purchase orders issued for the period, and any such other accounting information requested. Assist in the tracking of invoices, purchase orders, discrepancies, etc, on an as-requested basis. Monitoring of rental equipment used on jobs, runtime, downtime, and rental duration. In conjunction with the Project Manager, develop the Period End cost to complete reports for the projects Assist Project Managers in the preparation and updating of project reports, giving explanations for significant variances between budgeted and actual costs and revenues on a timely basis. Travel to project sites to correlate with the Project Managers on project costs. Performs other related duties as assigned, as time permits. Participates in Safety and Environmental initiatives that will contribute to compliance of State/Federal regulations and continuous improvement of existing Company programs.
