With decades of experience as a seasoned finance leader, I have navigated the complexities of Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Venture Capital. I take great pride in working closely with start-ups, energizing them with advice and support. Currently, I serve as a board observer or board member in over 10 companies.My career has been focused on finance, strategy, M&A, and venture capital, allowing me to navigate both growth and economic challenges. I’ve been engaged in deals from small acquisitions to multi-billion-dollar integrations, and my strategic finance experience spans Europe and the United States. Here, I\'ve developed strategies in the mobile device sector and led corporate planning initiatives. My work with companies such as Microsoft and Nokia have made these experiences both valuable and significant.In venture capital, I’ve actively participated in investment committee decisions to fund promising companies and mentored numerous entrepreneurs to help them achieve their visions.
