A passion for student athlete success combined with a strong aptitude for business and finance drives me to do outstanding work in Athletic Department Administration and Coaching. With over 20 years of experience at the NCAA (Division I, II, Junior College, NAIA) and high school levels, I’ve demonstrated my ability to develop and manage athletic programs, manage over $100M in fiscal year budgets, and achieve substantial departmental retention and graduation rates. I am a highly organized, self-motivated, focused professional with strong communication skills, and a proven track record of success. My passion is building long-term relationships using a student-center philosophy and teamwork attitude. Successfully, I’ve been able to increase game attendance by 200% as a head basketball coach, I’ve served as a mentor in the National Association of College Women in Athletic Administration, and I’ve authored several handbooks for student athletes at the post-secondary level.
