I\'m a multi-passionate with a lot of moxie. The key to my past success has been the unique alchemy between my left & right-brain strengths. I am an effective people leader due to my high EQ, intuition and communication skills. Simultaneously, my strategic and data-driven mindset allows me to drive sustainable growth for individuals and organizations.I am dynamic, authentic & brave, and my goal is to help foster those qualities in others. One of my greatest passions is helping my peers achieve their full potential both as employees and human beings. I am most energized when building corporate culture that is rooted in integrity and partnering closely with leaders to support business outcomes by way of exceptional employee experiences. My peers celebrate me for quickly building lasting relationships based in mutual respect, psychological safety and radical transparency. I believe that feedback is a gift, asynchronous work is the future, and that prioritizing DEI is absolutely vital to our success. Outside of my career in HR, I spend most of my time connecting with my community, moving my body and creating art in all forms. I\'m a yoga teacher, writer, actor, dancer, collage artist, rock climber, world traveler and tarot reader. For better or worse, you\'ll almost always find me working on a side project - whether brewing kombucha, refinishing vintage furniture or planning a dinner party.
