With over 17 years of legal experience in various industries, I am Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Solenis, a global leader in water treatment, cleaning, hygiene and infection prevention solutions. I was formerly Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Diversey, Inc, which was aquired by Platinum Equity and merged with Solenis in July 2023. I lead the legal affairs for the Americas region, providing strategic advice and guidance on complex business transactions, litigation, compliance, and risk management. I also support the global supply chain, procurement, and sustainability functions, as well as the corporate governance and securities matters. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services, resolving disputes, negotiating contracts, and managing external counsel. I have a strong background in commercial contracts, strategic transactinos and business litigation and alternative dispute resolution, having worked as a Division Counsel at Sealed Air Corporation, and as an Attorney at Cargill and King & Spalding LLP. I hold a JD and an MBA from Harvard University, and a BBA from Howard University. I am passionate about creating value, driving growth, and fostering innovation for Diversey and its customers.
