Rather than starting with tools or dashboards, I focus on how metrics are defined, how information is framed, and how responsibility for decisions is structured—so data is not only accurate, but trusted and usable in real leadership contexts.I bring experience across data engineering and business intelligence, paired with a consultative style that prioritizes clarity, coherence, and long-term capability over one-off solutions. I’m particularly drawn to environments where data exists, but decisions still feel harder than they should.I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, with research focused on leadership and employee well-being. This training informs how I design analytics systems—accounting for human behavior, incentives, and cognitive load, not just technical correctness.Across roles and industries, my aim has been consistent: to help organizations create data environments that support strong judgment, aligned leadership, and sustainable performance.
