As Project Coordinator Team Leader within the Professional Services function, I lead and mentor a team of Project Coordinators, driving excellence in project scheduling, service request management, and resource optimisation across both Professional Services and Field Engineering teams.I am responsible for ensuring engineers are aligned with the right projects, equipped with the tools they need, and delivering at peak efficiency. I oversee the planning and execution of multiple concurrent, high-volume projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.My role involves:Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Project Coordinator teamManaging engineer scheduling and resource allocation across diverse projectsActing as the main escalation point for project challenges and client issuesBuilding strong client relationships, providing clear communication and updates throughout deliveryDriving process improvements, risk management, and adherence to best practices and company standardsCollaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery to ensure seamless project executionThis role combines leadership, client engagement, and operational efficiency—ultimately maximising revenue, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
