Leading and supervising all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client experience, human resources management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention and merchandising presentations while driving both associates and client engagement.Responsibilities-Direct client experience efforts consistent with Ann Inc. standards by coaching associates on the client experience to increase transactions and capture client opportunities-Develop team to accomplish store business objectives through attraction, selection, coaching, retention and motivation-Ensure attainment of sales, payroll and inventory shortage goals.• Hire, coach and develop associates and managers to their maximum potential and individual strengths.• Actively engaging in the client experience I consistently role model the company expectations to managers and associates to ensure that the client remains top priority.• Successfully implementing store operations standards and organizing, delegating, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines• Execute floor sets, marketing, price changes, and visual directives to maximize productivity• Receiving and processing shipment of new goods/placement of goods to the sales floor• Forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expenses to maximize store performance• Achievement of sales goals by delivering metrics in conversion, ROV and DPT • Scheduling of associates and managers to meet business needs• Coordinate yearly inventory preparation and execution• Prepare and deliver yearly reviews for managers and associates • Driving the Rewards Program by training and coaching associates on delivering credit card goals.• Balance between the client journey and the client environment (workload)• Conduct weekly meetings and conference calls to keep strong communication with management team and DM.
