I am passionate about community service through the advancement of health care and science. As an experienced program manager who can develop solutions to complex problems, I manage a project through the entire lifecycle, and engage executive stakeholders, external partners, and community members to ensure the success of the project. My work experience includes management of: • NIAID/NIH $28.1 Million contract designed to ensure quality assurance in international and domestic laboratories performing multisite clinical studies using virologic assays• $7 Million grant at Duke Global Health Institute overseeing teams working to prevent the spread of drug resistant malaria which involved community outreach, education, and recruitment in Myanmar, Bangladesh and China • Supporting international software development teamsI possess a rare combination of analytical skills and the ability to inspire my teammates to achieve their highest potential and enjoy supporting a diverse and dynamic team.
